And again with the late night?

Wow. So here I sit, once again, at 4 a.m. Why does inspiration only seem to strike in the wee hours of the night/morning? Actually, I wouldn't really call it inspiration, per se, but more like boredom without the grogginess, and the urge to update all my non-existent readers of my so-called life.

Well, I no longer feel like a Scrooge. We actually went and bought pretty much all of the kids gifts tonight. We kind of took advantage of the fact that the two oldest are staying over at my brothers house tonight, and that my WONDERFUL friends who also happen to be my only good neighbors, agreed to watch the three year old for a few hours so we could do the shopping.

All I have left for my shopping is my parents, his parents, my friends, and my brothers. Of course I still have to get him a few things too. I'm going to get my parent's a pool table, seeing as to how they are now living in a really big house and finally have the room for it. I have no idea what we are getting for his parents, I can't say what I'm getting for my friends because they read this blog, as do my brothers, so HAHAHA SUCKERS!! You'll just have to wait just like everyone else!! Now, as far as my guy goes, I'm thinking that I'm going to get him the Prince of Persia game, since everytime that commercial comes on, he practically has to wipe the drool off of his chin. That and he told me tonight that he wants a Jump Box. Besides those two, I still have no IDEA of what to get him for Hanukkah/Christmas.

BTW~ For those of you that don't know, we are a split house. He is Jewish, and I am Catholic. Makes for interesting holidays, and I can't even begin to imagine the potential damage that we are inflicting on our kids by raising them in both religions. I can just imagine it now...."I believe in Jesus, but only at the beginning of April, and the end of December." LOL. I'm just very thankful that it works. Amazingly it works a LOT better than being married to a Catholic or a Mormon did. Then again, it's not the religions, but the guy, and we are perfect for each other.

Well, I'm going to have some very spoiled little kids this year. My 3 year old is getting her first Leap Pad, along with quite a few of the books and cartridges that go with it, a Strawberry Shortcake doll, a Care Bear doll that comes with a video, a few movies-including Veggie Tales...his choice, believe it or not. Along with quite a number of other things. My two oldest, who almost always get the big gift of a game system every year, (I.E., Gamecube-01, PS2-02, X-Box-03) instead of a game system, they are each getting their very own Video Now player along with a number of videos. We were going to get them each a NDS, the new handheld from Nintendo, but decided against it. We can hold off on that, and save a little bit of money. (Either that, or I'll pick some up here in about a week.) They might be getting spoiled, but they do deserve it. They don't get toys throughout the year except for their birthdays, but those are all at the end of the year anyway. They wait all year for toys or presents, and they are all really great kids, very polite, very thankful... They definitely deserve to get spoiled at the end of the year.

Oh well, I am now starting to get tired, so I should probably go to bed. Good night all!

Bye!

At least Jesus was a Jew. The thing is when your guy shaves his head he won't look as much like Jesus :)
